For over 15 years, Tate has excelled in cultivating innovative partnerships at organizations like Quibi, Meta, Accenture, and American Express. In roles prior to Catona Climate, Tate focused on bridging the gap between technology and financial services by fostering key alliances. Throughout his career, Tate has been passionate about strategic thinking and committed to creating positive change. He currently serves as a Youth Mentor at the Los Angeles LGBT Center and as a long-standing member of StartOut. Tate holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
