Olya Irzak is the CEO of Frost Methane - a company abating methane emissions from concentrated and unregulated sources. She previously worked on developing world mini grids at Zola Electric, early stage climate projects at Google X (Dandelion, Malta) & Google Energy, advised a nuclear fusion VC fund.

She co founded the Diamond List, is on the board of Terraformation and the Alaska Future Ecology Institute and speaks 5 languages.
