Having led the strategy development for the carbon management business, Natsuru is leading investments in Nature-based Solutions (NbS) at Mitsubishi Corporation. He is passionate about creating positive environmental and social impacts by marrying carbon finance and NbS. He also serves as a member of the Technical Advisory Group of the Natural Climate Solutions Alliance (NCSA) under the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), reviewing and advising on all publications under the NCSA name. Natsuru has a solid background in the energy business and has a strong academic foundation in environmental studies, having obtained his master's degree from the University of Tokyo.
