Aileen leads sustainability at Allbirds, which includes work like Project M0.0NSHOT, the world’s first net zero carbon shoe; and Allbirds's Flight Plan, which aim to cut the company's carbon emissions in half by 2025, and to near zero by 2030. Prior to joining Allbirds in 2020, Aileen conducted climate research at Rocky Mountain Institute, worked on sustainability in the buildings sector, and was a Fellow at the Clean Energy Leadership Institute. Aileen earned a Masters in Environmental Engineering from Stanford.
