Sarabeth B. Brockley is a professional with over 12 years of experience in corporate sustainability strategy, international development, and ESG consulting. She is a recognized expert in Carbon Strategy and CDR, advising corporates along the carbon removal procurement process and furthers initiatives to address gaps in shaping a global ecosystem approach to carbon management within the VCM.

Currently, Sarabeth serves as the Lead Advisor for Carbon Strategy and ESG at Nasdaq, where she manages a team of analysts providing guidance for ESG capital deployment strategies and investor outreach to 4,000+ corporate clients worldwide. As a senior advisor to management teams and boards on establishing foundational ESG programs and strengthening mature ESG programs,Sarabeth has also played a crucial role in developing programs, policies, and strategies to attract long term capital. She is a key speaker on at events such as COP27, COP15, Reuters, Verge, and SXSW and represents Nasdaq on the global stage.

Prior to joining Nasdaq, Sarabeth held various Senior Consultant positions at the United Nations, K2 Integrity, Stockholm International Water Institute, Business for Social Responsibility and the World Bank. Her experience includes ecosystem mapping, product innovation, and early stage start-ups. She has also worked with leading organizations such as Google, Nestle, Meta, as well as member states on climate risk assessments and decarbonization roadmaps on the operationalization of the Paris Agreement.

She received her BS in Environmental Chemistry from Moravian University in Bethlehem and her MS/MA in Environment and Resources from Lehigh University, She is also a credentialed CFA UK certificate in ESG Investing, SASB, CDP and GRI.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Sarabeth is actively involved in leadership roles within the Appalachian Mountain Club, where she serves as Chair, and Climbing Committee member advancing access to the outdoors through climbing. Finally, she is a RPCV having served in Peru (2011-2013).
